This candidate was brought in to a failing Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations implementations for a large city. The budget was set at $14 million dollars and they had gone through more than half with little to show. In one month this candidate was able to provide a 100 page detailed document that provided a roadmap to get their system live as well as a recruitment strategy to help support the system after go-live saving them millions in potential consulting fees. After following this plan the company went live under the proposed $14 million original budget.

A large-scale warehouse and distribution company with retail stores was migrating from Ax 2012 R3 to D365. They wanted to build a team and manage AX internally.  I came in, worked with the business leaders to scope the project and build a phased go-live timeline. I helped them bring in functional and technical resources to assist the internal staff during the project deployment and for training and knowledge transfer. We went live successfully with the initial phase and the company now has internal resources and capabilities for the subsequent phase deployments and internal support.

Acted as a senior project manager and solution architect for implementation and rollout of new Dynamics 365 Operations project for a 550 people mid-size manufacturing company. Client previously had AX 2012 and wanted to re-design business processes, functional adoption and advanced features. Managed Azure migration and rolled out D365 Business, Sales and Project Service Automation functions.

Dynamics 365 Field Service Implementation for auto service company. They were looking to implement the new Field service functionality for Automobile Repair service engineer. I have introduced the field services and integration solutions which can integrate their existing Parts and estimation system with Dynamics 365 CE. I have managed to design and deliver the integrated solution between Dynamics 365 Field services and external systems which provides seamless experience to end user for providing the repair job quote and managing the repair job at remote location.

Designing and developing discrete manufacturing solution for a multi national multicompany vertical enterprise, Designing product configuration modeling solution for a manufacturing client, for an extremely flexible and robust customer configuration environment that had customer available packaging options alone that exceeded six thousand possible outcomes, Designing functional design document for automation of manufacturing order creation and completion at the point of sales shipping to accommodate lean stocking requirements.
